Set in the grounds of a large country house in the heart of Rock, this new dwelling will provide a smaller more managable property for the owners.  Although this home is smaller it is the clients forever home, so lots of care and attention is going into all the finishes including curved vaulted ceilings, bespoke skirting boards and architraves.  Even the kitchen and staircase are curved!  With all the new additions alongside the beautiful design, which give double height ceilings and huge amounts of natural light, this house is set to be spectacular when it is finished.

Client Brief

To create a spacious yet practical living space, ensuring that the downstairs is easiest negotiated by less mobile members of the family.  To fit in the large front garden giving the feeling of space a light whilst giving a low maintenance outside area.

Sprouts Role

This is a Design and Build Project for Sprout.  Martin and the design team worked closely with the clients to ensure that all their design needs are met but also that there are plenty of design aspects which make the house a unique and beautiful place to live.
